Returns and Refund Policy
Firstly, thank you for purchasing an Under Sky product and we are sorry you wish to return it. In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask that you return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The purchased item must be in the same new condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Inside of our group Play Packs we package our activity cards within sealed envelopes, this is to ensure our copyright protection. We would ask that these envelopes are returned to us unopened. Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely for return to prevent any damage during transit. The return costs are payable by the customer.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Environmental Statement
At Under Sky environmental and socially conscious standards are at the heart of what we do. As nature’s friend we support our wonderful world in two ways: by using products with strict eco-standards and by encouraging greater connections with nature. Here are some examples of how we achieve this:
Products
Printing: Our printer is extremely efficient and has said good bye to ink cartridges, reducing waste. Plus it uses heat-free ink-jet technology, reducing energy costs.
Paper and Card: Made in the UK from 100% recycled materials.
Stickers: Biodegradable adhesive and paper.
Textiles: Discarded and remnant fabrics sourced from local traders.
String: 100% natural string often from recycled textile waste – no nasty plastics means it will be biodegrade.
Ribbon: Made from 100% recycled plastic bottles.
Packaging: Our cardboard boxes are made from 70% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. Corrugated Cardboard has the highest recycling rates of any packaging in the UK. The ‘recycling loop’ is so efficient that used boxes can be recycled, remade and reused in just two weeks.
High quality products and design means you’ll be able to re-use our activities again and again.
Encouraging Connections
All of the activities we produce focus upon wildlife native to the United Kingdom. This increases both the vocabulary and recognition of wildlife and also deepens awareness.
We encourage exploring your nearby green spaces and also hope to increase the time spent outside through the activities we produce. Your positive experiences in your local naturehood increases the prospects of returning to and enjoying the space in the future.
Building connections with nature at an early age fosters a greater likelihood of continuing nature awareness into adulthood resulting in more informed and more environmentally conscious decisions being made.
